明達養殖
群組夥伴淑靜與丈夫葉西城先生在台東成功海邊養殖「零用藥」白蝦，今年初我們開始推薦給群組的朋友。全球暖化、氣候變遷導致蝦的養殖在全球都受到很大的衝擊，市場上充斥進口蝦或次級品。葉西城先生、一位科技產業的工 程師，十幾年前開始專注投入生態養殖，他期許自己用心、堅持不用藥、台灣在地養殖的健康蝦，有機會成為台灣的驕傲。我很感念他們賢伉儷不厭其煩的跟我們討論包材減塑的可行性。六月一趟台東行，也讓【無過生活】配菜團隊看到曙光！從降低食物里程的概念，鼓勵大家支持國產蝦！
